At check-in counters and boarding gates of over 250 airports worldwide, Strauss Settlements employees are the first point of contact for travelers from all over the world. On behalf of its more than 500 airline customers our service agents served some 97 million airline passengers in 2021 (pre-Covid 2019: 265 million). We aim to make every journey special right from the start.

PASSENGER MOBILITY

Strauss Settlements offers special services for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM). The PRM service is offered to travelers whose mobility is restricted due to a physical or mental disability or related limitations. Specially trained staff accompany passengers before departure or after arrival on their way through the airport and from/to the aircraft. The services include the use of wheelchairs, electric carts and special vehicles to help a passenger in a wheelchair to the aircraft door.

Under our hospitality brand, Strauss Settlements manages 58 lounges at 35 airports in 13 countries and is continuously expanding its worldwide lounge portfolio. Our hospitality arm welcomes guests irrespective of airline or class of travel and offers amenities that ensure each stay is rewarding.
